As a Psychotherapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Coach, and Founder of The Sensual Alchemist and Restore Renew Therapy in NYC, I began my journey to sensual alchemy decades ago, transitioning from counseling at-risk youth to supporting overwhelmed women and couples seeking peace.

At first, the thrill of offering unconditional support to my clients filled me with joy. Still, as I dug deeper, I realized many were grappling with challenges that went beyond traditional talk therapy. This revelation ignited a passion for learning and practicing advanced healing techniques, all of which I still use to help people today.

Since then, I've spent an entire career creating safe, open-minded spaces to explore sensuality and work through shame and trauma using a blend of cutting-edge neuroscience, psychology, tarot numerology, and ancient tantric traditions. Imagine a healing journey with that much power behind it! It becomes easier, engaging, and a lot more fun than traditional methods. 

As I acquired new skills, my passion for making profound healing accessible to all grew stronger. (I believe everyone deserves opportunities to heal, regardless of their location, health insurance status, or ability to afford extensive therapeutic services.)
